1. 15-Day Return Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet these criteria:

  • Condition: Must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in original packaging.
  • Completeness: All manuals, accessories, and promotional items included in the original box must be present.
  • Proof of Purchase: We require a receipt or order confirmation number to complete your return.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and technical reasons, the following items are exempt from returns:

  • Opened software or digital downloads.
  • In-ear audio products (earbuds/headphones) if the seal is broken (unless defective).
  • Any item missing its original serial number or brand tags.

4. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If Approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment (or Bank Transfer/Easypaisa/JazzCash) within 5-7 business days.
  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Items purchased during a “Flash Sale” or “Eid Mega Sale” can only be exchanged if found defective.

5. Exchanges (Defective Items)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at huotun6@gmail.com and send your item to our office address.

6. Shipping Returns

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Note: If you are returning an expensive gadget, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
